About Me

Hi - I am Steffi Reuter. As a qualified trainer since 2008, my aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every step of the process. I started off as an athlete and am a two-time National level winner of Swiss Swim Championships in 2002, which helped me develop my deep interest in health, fitness and training. This passion drove me into being a  personal fitness coach since 2008 with 14+ years of experience. While I do have the relevant trainings and certifications (M. Sc in Exercise and Health Sciences from the University of Basel Switzerland, Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York,  Certified Pilates Polestar and Postpartum Instructor and a Certified Swim Coach), I believe that it is more important to truly understand the client's lifestyle and health constraints and work together as partners to build a  custom fitness and nutrition plan for them that will truly deliver results.
